We're home!

Kodak Theatre
We spent the first few days in Los Angeles attending USCM events. We had a chance to walk the red carpet at one of the world's most famous crossroads- Hollywood & Highland. Our meal was prepared by none other than the chef to the stars Wolfgang Puck. Melissa Etheridge also preformed during the dinner. We felt like a movie star! Check out all the people standing around as Papa interviewed Samuel before we walked into the Kodak Theatre.
Universal Studios
The following day/night we spent at Universal Studios Hollywood. We took the backlot tram tour where we saw King Kong, a San Francisco-style earthquake and Jaws. We also saw the set of Desperate Housewives, Spiderman, How the Grinch stole Christmas and much more. This was a very neat tour.

Samuel had the chance to meet:
Spiderman

SpongeBob

Shrek & Princess Fionna

and the Mayor of Los Angeles, Antonio Villaraigosa

(Mayor Villaraigosa, Papa, William, Jackson, Olivia & Samuel)

A few other highlights of our trip to LA includes: feeling like Pretty Women while strolling along Rodeo Drive, seeing Hillary Clinton speak, walking the Hollywood Walk of Fame and stargazing at the Griffith Observatory. So this wraps up the first part of our trip! Exhausted yet??:-)

3 vans, 1SUV, we're ready to move on to our next location, Disneyland! For this portion of the trip we traveled with my parents, Grandmama & Papa along with the Adams Family (3), the Jones Family(5), the Riddle Family(5), the Cochran Family (3), another Cochran Family (3) add everyone together and you get 21 people!

We had two great days at Disney. Samuel was a roller coaster pro by the time we left. And, Abigail started taking 5-6 steps before falling so I feel like she will be walking in no time.

On our drive to San Diego, we stopped by Lego Land for the day. What a cool place to visit!

Have you noticed that someone is now into Superheros? Goodbye trains, hello superheros!

Let me see...after Legoland we headed to the Hotel Del Coronado-- fabulous hotel! Here we visited the San Diego Zoo on Saturday and had lunch with Shamu at SeaWorld on Sunday.

And that concludes our trip to California!

This was definitely a trip that we will never forget! It was nice to spend time with family and to watch all of the cousins (11 of them) play together. Making memories is what this life is all about!!! We love you guys!!!

You guys were busy! Everyone looks like they had a great time and you all look beautiful (or handsome for Mr. Samuel) in that first picture!
