4 year & 9 month well visit appointment...March 30th

Today you guys had your well visit appointment at 11:15. You guys were very cooperative, mommy is very proud of you.
So your latest stats are as follows:
Samuel-
42 inches long (90th%)
41 1/2 pounds (75%)
20/30 & 20/40 vision
Samuel, you were so excited because you got to pee pee in a cup. I remember last year at your 3 yr. check-up this was the highlight of your apt. you talked about it for weeks after. :-) You were supposed to get 3-4 shots but since we changed pediatricians, they needed your old records before any shots can be given. So, you got lucky today, thanks to mommy's for forgetting to contact your old dr. I'll take you back in a few weeks. When they tested your urine there was a small trace of blood- they said it's not uncommon for this to happen but they do want to retest soon. Otherwise, your appointment went well. They commented on how well you spoke- very clear! Way to go, we are so proud of you.

Abigail, this was a great appointment- no shots for you, just a little finger prick. Your iron level was a little low but they reassured me that this is not uncommon at 9 months since you are starting to eat more table foods etc.
I can't complain both of you are happy and healthy children, what more could I ask for!!!
